A hitch hitches a car to something
A hiker walks with his clothes etc in a ruck-sack or back-pack, very like a school satchel.( es un senderista, vamos...)
A hitchhiker doesn't walk.

He hitches "lifts" from passing cars.......
Going to or will ?
Some Internet tests are like real life:
Chelsea will win the match. Chelsea are going to win the match.
Both are correct English. But the “matiz” is different
Approximate simplified rule for Spanish speakers:
If you’d say voy a, vas a etc in Spanish, use going to in English.
Trickier: when you use the present in Spanish with a future meaning:
Very immediate eg We’re leaving
Immediate decision: What about the money? I’ll tell you later.
Informal near future: what are you doing after class?
Here are some links etc. None of this material is my copyright.

In Praise of the Archangel Breakfast-maker, and for everyone who enjoyed his superb English breakfast ! (grabbed from the telegraph)
A fried breakfast is the healthiest start to the day, say scientists

Carbohydrate rich foods in contrast appear mainly to prepare the body to break down only carbohydrates, the International Journal of Obesity reports.

The UAB research revealed that mice fed a meal higher in fat after waking had normal metabolic profiles.
In contrast, mice that ate a more carbohydrate-rich diet in the morning and consumed a high-fat meal at the end of the day saw increased weight gain, adiposity, glucose intolerance and other markers of the metabolic syndrome.
